Students will join together after school and learn the basics of writing, interviewing, and on-camera presence. Through vigorous exercises and training, students will have the opportunity to create a resume, writing samples, and reel.
Scholarship

Students will be able to apply for scholarships for journalism -related programs. State and local grants will be applied to for these scholarships.
Apprenticeship program
Students will be able to apply an apprenticeship and get on-the-job training atlocal news outlets geared towards allowing students to make professional relationships and getting them one step closer to the workforce.
Mentorship
program
Students will apply for the mentorship program through an application. We will choose the best mentor for them through what best suits their interest with a professional journalist. Students will be able to network, join professional organizations, and form life-long relationships with a professional who will guide them in their journey.
